At Fair Park, we believe spiritual growth is important. We challenge every member to join together with other believers in a connect group. A connect group is a biblical community where people can feel welcomed and accepted, encounter Christ and His Word, and make disciples. Groups spend time in God's Word through curriculum, and each group is encouraged to study the Bible weekly, spend time together monthly, and serve together daily. At Fair Park, we Biblically train and equip men to be spiritual leaders in their homes, in the church, and in their workplace. The Men’s Ministry develops men to make an eternal impact for this generation and those to come. We accomplish this mission through Bible study, discipleship groups, retreats, and special events.

Fair Park Women's Ministry aims to welcome ladies with open arms, connect them to God and others, equip them to live our God's purpose for their lives, and send them out to share Christ's love with their communities and the world. We accomplish this through Bible Studies, discipleship groups, retreats, and special events. Fair Park Women seek to ignite passion for the Great Commandment and Great Commission in the heart of every woman at Fair Park. 

The Senior Adult Ministry at Fair Park strives to serve all senior adults at Fair Park by encouraging and assisting in their growing relationship with Jesus Christ, fostering life-giving relationships between believers of all ages in the church, and encouraging seniors to serve the Lord through volunteering in the church and the community.

Discipleship is an important process for every believer that provides intimate friendships, an environment of accountability, and most importantly, it cultivates a life rooted deeply in God’s Word. A Discipleship Group or "D-Group", is a gender-specific closed group of 3 to 5 believers (including the leader) who meet together weekly for the purpose of accelerated spiritual transformation for one year. A person joins a D-Group by invitation only.

While Connect Groups exist for the purposes of community growth and fellowship, a D-Group exists to help believers who desire a deeper walk with Christ. A D-Group's primary goal is to make disciples who will then go on to make more disciples. If you would like to be in a D-Group, the first step is to  join a Connect Group.
