STUDENT MINISTRY

Fair Park Students is a ministry for 6th - 12th graders. We are passionate about loving and discipling students. In a world that labels Christianity as foolishness, it’s important for us to help students see the truth of the Gospel.

Every year, we gather together for Fall Retreat, D-Now, Student Impact, Hangout and Local Mission Projects. During the Summer, Fair Park Students will have the opportunity to be a part of World Changers, which is a construction based mission trip, Cross Camp and Hangout nights.

STUDENT OUTREACH

Our Students are a part of many different outreach activities and events such as Operation Christmas Child, Student Fundraisers, and Serving the Community. Our students are dedicated to share Gods love with everyone from our West Monroe Community to the ends of the Earth.

Student Ministry Activities

Connect Groups | 8:45 am on Sundays

Connect Groups allow students to take time to read scipture and discuss what they read with other students their age. Fair Parks Mission through Connect Groups is to Connect people to God, The Bible, and Community. Our classes are broken into 3 groups: middle school, 9th - 10th grade, 11th - 12th grade.

Worship & Bible Study | 5:00 pm on Sundays

Sunday Night is meant to connect with students on a more intellectual level and dig into the history, and practical parts of scripture and to teach them how to use the things that they have been taught. Our goal is to Disciple our students and equip them so that they will be able to make Disciple Makers themselves.

Worship & Bible Study | 6:00 pm on Wednesdays

Mid-Week is a great time for students to know God on a deeper level by studying His character, promises, and words. Students are also able to have community with other students that will help them strengthen their faith. Fair Park Student Ministry works hard to provide biblical teaching and equip students to be able to live for God and encourage others to do the same as they share the Gospel.

Casey Moore

Minister to Students

I was born in West Monroe, Louisiana. When I was going into middle school my family moved out to Eros, Louisiana. The Lord saved me in my Senior year of high school and called me to ministry just a year later. I graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from ULM. I am currently pursuing a master’s from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I had the wonderful privilege of marrying my wife, Emily, on May 4th, 2019. We are blessed to serve alongside everyone here at Fair Park and get to minister to students and their families.
